If you want to eat good Mediterranean food this is the wrong place. I asked for delivery and they did not fulfill the orders, put extra Tahini and they sent spicy sauce, the stem of the lettuce is not part of the menu!!!

I got delivery from Za'atar today for the first time. The large Greek salad with chicken shawarma on top was $11 total, which is SO CHEAP for how big the salad is- I have so many leftovers! The fries were amazing too and the garlic sauce was fantastic- next time I'm gonna get even more extra. I will be sure to order again!

The Vegetarian Assortment with Fattoush salad tasted like the chef was on some sleep medication. The hummus and Baba Ghanoush were extra lemony. The falafels tasted so bland I think the chef has missed adding salt into his recipe for the falafel batter for the day. The pita crumbs added in the salad were not crispy enough. The dolmas were too bland but not as bland as the falafels. This is the first time and I am pretty sure is going to be the last time I ever have food from this place.

This restaurant sent moldy food - definitely not sanitary or food safe. See photo attached for reference. The owners are willing to refund me which I appreciate. I've eaten here before and never had this issue, hoping it was a one time thing, but I don't think I would be comfortable eating there again.

For a full hummus order we got (crushed hummus) and only two pieces of pita ad pictured below. That's not enough. My gyro was okay, nothing special.

The Mediterranean take out salad consisted of water downed dressing, 2 pithy tomato chunks, 1 chunk green pepper, minuscule feta cheese flakes, 7 olives, a whole lot of romaine stalk butts and red cabbage (why cabbage ?) the chicken was good but definitely a high price for a bowl of lettuce!
